Purpose of the Committee:
The Zoning Committee recommends to the Board of Directors any action necessary to protect NWACA member interests regarding requests for site plan variances, new subdivisions and re-zonings within, and sometimes adjacent to, the NWACA boundaries. Once a position has been taken by the Association, the Zoning Committee advocates the NWACA position with the City Planning Department, the Board of Adjustment, the Zoning Commission and the City Council, and the applicant.
