Tree and Environmental Stewardship

Purpose of the Committee:

The Tree and Environmental Stewardship Committee promotes the NWACA Oak Wilt Suppression Program of prevention and containment practices. It provides guidance on how to establish and maintain healthy trees, taking into consideration threats from drought, pests, and wildlife. The Committee monitors local concerns about responsible use of water and other resources. It identifies good practices and educates the neighborhood about sound approaches to environment challenges.
